She is survived by: her children, Charesse Rutherford (Cleveland) of Parkersburg and David W. Goodwin of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Charlene Carter, Martin Carter, Jr., Stalina Goodwin, Angelica Goodwin and Kendra Goodwin.
