She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis H. Root Jr.; and her son Curtis H Root III. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie (John) of Williamstown, WV; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Mincks of Terra Alta, WV, Brandon Root (Amber) of Logan, Isaiah Root of Vienna, WV, Autumn and Oakley Root.
