He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Frances DeFranco Winans and James Francis Winans, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Hannah and Thomas; his siblings, Sam (Sandi), Jim (Missy), Rich (Maria), Dave (Kim), Joe (Martha), Bob, John and Mary (Mark); and his pets, Lucy, Ricky and Bella.
