He is survived by: his parent Mary McCracken Williams; his wife Patricia Stemple Williams; his children, Christina Williams of Parkersburg and Justin Williams (Erica) of Mt; his brothers, James Williams, Phillip Williams (Terry), William Williams, Richard Williams (Carol) and Dallas Williams (Betty); his grandchildren, Karlee Moore, Knightlyn Swihart and Kalijah Swihart; Thomas Bowen (Ashley) of Hampstead, MD, Mary Failing, Catherine Gesell, Shiela Laassiri and Judith Raver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
