As Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Gainer and Phyllis Evans McLuckie Gainer; her husband Robert Frederick "Bone" Townsend; and her brother Jim Gainer. She is survived by: her son Edward James Brobst (Becka) of Parsons; her stepdaughter Nicole Brobst Hope of Birchwood, TN; her son Daniel Moore; her caregiver Corey Kinzy; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Brobst Lipscomb (Arnold), Paul and David Wayne Brobst. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She also had requested memorial contributions be made to the St. Johns Church, Tucker County Animal Shelter, or Tucker County Senior Center.
