He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Layman and Norma "Toots" Lillian Pudder; his wife Debra Lynn Simmons Pudder; and his siblings, Norma Jane Pudder Ash (Domnick Ash) and Carl See Pudder.
He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Lee (Joann) of Beverly, Christopher Lynn of Dailey, Jeremy Deyon (Stephanie) of Elkton, VA and Tracy Danielle of Harding; his brother Troy Harvey Pudder (Joyce) of Harding; and his sister-in-law Gloria Pudder. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
