He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Kelley and Nina Hauser Kelley; his spouse Granada Marie Roberts; and his siblings, Marian McIntire, Ben, Leon and Harold Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Noah David Kelley (Patricia) and Sara Elizabeth Kelley Davis; his grandchildren, Jolene, Lillian, Annabelle and Jake; his great grandchild William Stemple; and his cousins, Lee and Cindy Kelley.
