He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Markley Elbon and Ruby May Cade Elbon; his wife Sally Elbon; and his siblings, Leland "Don" Elbon, Kenneth Elbon, Loraine LeRoy and Norma Herpel.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Elbon of Valley Bend, Robert Elbon of Dailey and Delores Flint of Utah; and his close friend Sheila Pritt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
