He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennis Lee Carr and Pansy Ellen Bright; his siblings, Doral Carr and Carol Ann Simmons; and his son-in-law C. Paul Estep.
He is survived by: his children, Clarissa Lynn "Crissy" Estep of Kingwood and Eli Anderson Carr (Kara) of Hedgesville; his grandchildren, William Carter Estep, Grace Ryan Estep, Micah Summers Carr and Ana Marie Carr; and his siblings, Danny Carr (Phyllis), Phil Carr and Zetta Jean Fansler.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Hoye's memory to the Rosenbaum Family House, 30 Family House Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506.
