He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Lipscomb and Evelyn Lucille Hebb Lipscomb. He is survived by: his children, David Hebb (Kelly) of Morgantown, Kevin Hebb (Karen Ball) of Parsons, Marina Wolford (Mike) of Leadmine and Ashley Hebb (Neil Dragovich) of Davis; his grandchildren, Kayla Roth, Josh Herron, Zac Wolford, Jon Hebb, Drew Hebb and Britni Ball; and his brothers, William Lipscomb and Kent Lipscomb. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hostetler Funeral Home (225 Walnut St, Parsons, WV 26287). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
