It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leah Virginia Davis Booth (Parsons, West Virginia), who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Davis and Ethel Vanscoy Davis; her daughter Rebecca Virginia Shiflett; and her siblings, Juanita Davis, Rosalea Knotts, John Davis, Denver Davis, Patty Davis and Robert Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Von Booth; her children, Denzil Booth (Dolorce), Dannette (Pat Parker) and Daniel Booth (Mary); her sisters, Sharon Hinkle, Kay Carr and Fay Carr; and her grandchildren, Dana Liscomb, Jeff Booth, Tammy Heitz, Jeremy Booth, Pat Liscomb, Heather Booth, Leah Loar, Jr., Shiflett and Clay Parker.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hostetler Funeral Home (225 Walnut St, Parsons, WV 26287). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
