He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Harris Knotts; his son Ricky Knotts Jr. (April) of Rowlesburg; his stepsons, D. Paul Pennington (Melinda) of Parsons, Jason Loughrie (Kasey) of Aurora and John Phillips (Amber) of Parsons; his grandson Gunner Max Knotts; and his siblings, Danny Knotts, Linda Falls (Lee), Ronda Cavalier, Gloria "Cookie" Frame (Marshall) of Horseshoe Run, Janet Nestor (Gary) of Hambleton, Wanda Bohon of St. George and Cheryl Maxwell of Parsons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
