He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Spessert and Nellie Spessert Brock (Lemasters); his siblings, Frankin Spessert, Robert Spessert, Mary Spessert Miller and Joann Spessert Morgan; and his nephews, William Miller and Paul Sigley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Spessert Brown, Phyllis Spessert Sigley, Teddy Spessert Jr. and Paul Brock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
