We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2025, at the age of 72, Roy Melvin Isner (Parsons, West Virginia), born in Elkins, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Roy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Isner and Beatrice Helmick Isner; his brother Gene Isner of New Jersey; and his close friend Debbie Moyer. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Isner of Colorado Springs, CO, Jack Isner (Janet) of Bowden, Joe Isner (Pam), Phil Isner (Debbie) and Joyce "Joy" Isner Johns of Elkins; his nephew Tommy Johns; and his pets, Buck and Maui. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
