He is survived by : his wife Lois Carr of Virginia; his children, Teresa Wratchford of Parsons and Thomas Wratchford, Jr. of Parsons; his brother Delvin "Jim" Wratchford of Parsons; his grandchildren, Mariah Hinkle (Derek), Kayla Friend (Auston Cussins), Jeremiah and Joseph Wratchford; and his great grandchild Iris Cussins. He is also survived by father figure for all his grandchildren.
