He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack and Myrtle; his former wife Kathy; and his siblings, Mack, David, Larry and Carolyn.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Michael (Jessica) and Dawn (David); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jamason, Nathaniel, Aydan and Owen; and his siblings, Lois, Linda, Brenda, Robert, Dale and Kerry. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
