He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leonard and Mary Hook Blind; and his daughter Sandra Renee Blind. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Blind (Bonnell); his children, Jennifer Blind Gregory (Larry) of Pennsboro, WV, Richard Blind (Darlene) of Sweetwater, TN and John Blind of Tyler County, WV; and his grandchildren, Amanda Sue Blind and John Michael Blind.
