He was predeceased by: his parents, Layman Spencer and Vastia Spencer (George); and his sisters, Mary Faye Cropp, Ida Mae Childers Thomas and Rebecca Jean Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Briana Spencer (Pratt); his children, Greg Spencer (Tiffani), Brian Spencer and Katie Smith (Randy) of Cairo, WV; his granddaughter Miranda Runyon (Josiah); his children, Morgan Groh (Robert), Noah Spencer (Tori), Zack Utter (Kati) and Angel Bailey (Deven); and his great grandchildren, Ace, Andrew, Adrian, Colbie, Jacie, Ryker, Parker, Skyler and Carder. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
