He was predeceased by: his mother Virgie Mae Bond; and his wife Donna Scott. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Lee Scott (Lori) of Pennsboro, WV, Angela "Angie" Dawn Scott of Pennsboro, WV and Stacey Lynn Reyes of Harrisville, WV; his grandchildren, Andy Lipscomb (Danielle), Alex Lipscomb (Vanessa), Ryan Scott, Marissa Scott, Noah Barkley, Olivia Reyes and Lilly Reyes; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Lipscomb, Kimberlyn Lipscomb, Elliette Lipscomb, Ezra Lipscomb and Eliza Lipscomb.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (447 W Myles Ave, Pennsboro, WV 26415). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
