He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and June Smith (Stout); his son Jamie Smith; and his siblings, Daniel Smith and Judy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Smith (Jenkins); his son Jesse Smith (Tanya) of Roanoke, WV; his sisters, Debbie Seelig (David Oklahoma) and Charlene McKinley of Fairmont, WV.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaelyn, Julia, Jamison and Journee; and his aunts, Brenda and Iona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, and many other wonderful family and friends.
