He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lovett Brill and Ada Ruth Brill (Rinehart); his wife Wanda Lee Brill (Helmick); and his siblings, Nancy Brill, Mildred "Midge" McDonald, Genevieve Brill, Betty R. Brill, James R. Brill and Douglas F. Brill.

He is survived by: his children, David Anthony Brill (Tandi) of Raleigh, NC, Bradley Allen Brill of Moorefield, WV and Terri Brill Eye (Tucker) of Petersburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Matthew Sites, Nadine, Breanna Sites, Brandon, Tanner Eye, Channing, Alyssa Davis, Spencer, Jessica Brill, Bailey Brill, Casey, Grant Brill, Mickala, Gracie Brill, Skylar, Jaxen, Mason and Haven Ratcliff. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
