She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Edgar Sites and Elsie Virginia Sites (Vance); her husband George William "Toon" Smith; her grandson Tyson William Smith; and her siblings, Rosetta Mae Sites Smith, Learl Sites, Jesse Sites, Lysle Sites, Chester Sites, Johnny Sites and Norman Sites.
She is survived by: her children, Gail M. Shockey (Mike) of Petersburg, WV., Ronald L. Smith (Lori) of Maysville, WV, Lester W. Smith (Valerie) of Petersburg, WV, David W. Crites (Amber) of Petersburg, WV and Daniel J. Crites (Brittany); her grandchildren, Jordan Shockey (Cassandra), Hannah Shockey, Lance Smith, Isabella Crites, Isaiah Crites, Bentley, Cheyenne and Caisom; and her great grandchild Sophia.
