He is survived by: his parents, Carl Mullenax and Thelma Mullenax (Kimble) of Petersburg, WV.; his wife Rhonda Mullenax (Riggleman); his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Mullenax; and his brother Michael C. Mullenax.
Mark's family suggests memorials may be made to his daughter, Sarah E. Mullenax, 6542 Franklin Pike, Petersburg, WV 26847 to help defray college expenses earning her Master of Science in Nursing.
