She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William "Taft" Borror and Minnie Rosetta Borror (George); and her siblings, Hilda Borror Kesner, Phyllis Borror Shook, Ruth Borror Keplinger, Wanda Borror Ellis, Roland, Bruce, Dorris "Bunt", Leo, Roger and James Borror.

She is survived by: her husband W. R. "Rudy" Parker; her children, Patricia "Patti" Dean Wilson (Danny) of Woodstock, VA and Roland Douglas "R. D." Parker of Stephens City, VA; her granddaughter Danielle Jewell (Jared) of Stephens City, VA; and her siblings, Shirley Cook (Roger) of Maysville, WV and Doug Borror (Linda) of Petersburg, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
