He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin T. Hawk and Phyllis Hawk (Mills). He is survived by: his daughters, Paisley Wray Hawk of Petersburg, WV and Preslea Lane Smith of Petersburg, WV; and his siblings, Terry L. Hawk (Tina) of Petersburg, Kevin S. Hawk (Madelyn) of Germantown, MD and Rhonda K. Sites (Lysle Jr.) of Petersburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
