In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Shirley had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Shirley may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Frances Strawderman (Mitchell) and Luther Lee Strawderman; and her husband Gary D. Wolfe Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Gary Wolfe Jr. (Bobbi) and Connie F. Orndoff. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
