He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Pennington and Dolly Thomas Pennington; and his siblings, Norma Jean Bradley, Nancy Jane Breeden, Imma Jean Pennington and Chris Pennington.
He is survived by: his brothers, Bennie Pennington of Rich Creek, VA and Ronald Pennington (Gail) of Princeton, WV; and his sister-in-law Nancy Pennington of Peterstown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
