He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Allen Mann and Mary Elizabeth Dillon Mann; his daughters, Rhonda Fay Mann and Drema Kay Cox; and his siblings, Roy Allen Mann, Anna Lee Wright (Mann), Dorothy Katherine Lucas and Freda Mae Belcher.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Keith Mann and Bettina Mann Perkins (David); his grandchildren, Rachel Young (Emanuel), Danielle Martin (Andrew), Carlin Williams (Andrew), Sorsha Crawford (Michael), Randon Perkins, Tabetha Hollie (Ben), Justin Cox (Lauren) and Audra Kanode (Ramey); and his great grandchildren, Rylee Young, Eden Young, Addison Young, Colwyn Martin, Lennox Martin, Graydon Martin, Layla Williams, Lyric Williams, Ava Hollie, Sawyer Hollie, Hazel Cox, Koi Evans, Gabriella Mann, Emma Mann and Morgan Kanode.
