He is survived by: his wife Vanessa "Katy" Noonkester Fox of Bluefield, WV; his daughter Elsbeth "Ellie" Fox (Sean Fuda); his granddaughters, Khaleesi Grace and Ellaria of Bluefield, WV; his stepsons, Ryker Young (Leslie) of Ballard, WV and Logan Young (Amy) of Ballard, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Annsley, Piper, Axel, Noah and McKinna; his siblings, Jennifer Fox of Bluefield, WV and John Edward Fox (Phyliss) of Carrolton, TX; and his nephews, David Whitley Fox of Bluefield, WV and Austin Fox of Austin, TX..
A reception was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (111 Market St, Peterstown, WV 24963).
