He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lou Bartlett (Gray) of Petroleum; his sons, Kenneth Bartlett of Petroleum and Kevin Bartlett (Eileen) of Petroleum; his siblings, Randall Bartlett of North Carolina and Shelia Lawrence of Belpre; and his half-sister Jackie Cash of North Carolina. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
