She is survived by: her husband Garrett Monk; her stepchildren, Taylor Monk of California and Savanna Nelson (Family) of Georgia; her daughter Veronica Lucas; her grandchildren, Aiden, Ty and Averleigh Lucas of North Carolina; her parents, Claude "Gene" Halstead and Bertha Halstead of Drawdy, WV; and her sister Jennifer Hill (Jeff) of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by nieces & nephews, and a host of family, dear friends, former clients, and neighbors.
