He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Weaver (Mayle); his son Carl James "CJ" Weaver (Katelyn Torrence); his grandchildren, Braxton and Cameron; his mother-in-law Diana Mayle; his brother-in-law Delbert Mayle; and his siblings, Harold Weaver, James Weaver, Carol Croston and Mary Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
