She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Ann Stemple (Budick); her boyfriend Rick Hathaway; her sister Kimberly Stemple; her stepdaughter Trista Dalton (TJ); her grandchildren, Rickie Hathaway, Rodney Hathaway, Shaylee Hathaway, Hayden Dalton, Jase Dalton and Quentin Hathaway; her nephews, Tyler Walker (Jessica) and Leighton Walker; her aunts, Nellie Fitzwater (Joe) and Linda Holbert (Eddie); Anson Walker. She is also survived by children, her great-nephew.
