We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 99, Elwanda Effie Poling of Philippi, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry MClinic Hill and Lucy May Cross; and her husband Ralph. She is survived by: her children, Richard Wayne Poling (Janet), Dr. Jeffery Lee Poling (Margaret), Jerry Bruce Poling (Denise) and Peggy Jo Poling; and her grandchildren, Ryan Scott Poling, Christopher Roth Poling, Megan Elanore Singleton, Colleen Ruth Kuhn, Elizabeth Jade Bontos, Rodney Aaron Trent, Laramie Shane Trent and Erica Ann Wilkinson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
