She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas (Licwov); her siblings, David Andrew Thomas and Carol Thomas Harman; and her sons, Andrew John Shulock III, Gerald Steven Shulock I and Christopher Greg Shulock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Lynn Kelley (Shulock) and Felicia Ann Muncy (Shulock); and her sisters, Dianna Thomas Deitrich and Mary Beth Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
