He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Reed Stuart and Ruth Virginia Corley Stuart; his daughters, Pauletta Elizabeth Joy Null and Susan Yvonne Stuart; his granddaughters, Becky Elizabeth Hall and Yvonne Tammy Marie Strahin; and his brothers, George "Ed" Edward Stuart and Richard "Dick" Steven Stuart.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Agnes England Stuart; his daughters, Tina Marie Damron (Amos), Tammy Jo Clark (Chuck) of Woodbridge, Virginia and Kathy Harris of Fairmont; his son-in-law Joseph Robert Null of Philippi; his grandchildren, Joseph Glen Hall, Christopher Damron, Nicholas Damron, Cassandra Mott (Stephen), Charlie Clark (Amanda), Timothy Clark, Aaron Harris, James Harris, Heather Harris and Hope Harris; his great grandchildren, Austin, Aubrey, Colton, Kathleen, Whitney, Alexandria, Jarrod, William and Fayah; Daniel Strahin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
