He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Collins and Sarah Jo Collins (Mayle); his significant other Melea Collins (Adams); and his siblings, Kirt Collins (Ann), Ray Collins (Nancy) and Rosanna Poling. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
