He is survived by: his father Ira McDaniel; his wife Carol Herrman; his children, Laura Grace McDaniel, Tony McDaniel (Stephanie), Alex McDaniel, David Herrman (Angie) and Dewayne Herrman (Chanel); his grandchildren, Jerry, Jordon, Jayden Herrman, Jericho, Makiya, Judah Herrman, Lexi and Wyatt McDaniel; his great grandchild Wade Herrman; his brother Brian McDaniel (Deanna); and his nieces and nephews, Ashlin and Braysin McDaniel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
