She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Q. Weaver and Lesta M. Weaver; her siblings, Jo Ellen Seech and Havard Weaver; her sons, Hubert and Paul Hebb; her granddaughter-in-law Ashley Mitchell; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Virgie Nestor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Willa Jo Mitchell (Bruce) and Billie Sue Mitchell (David); her sister-in-law Gert Weaver of Philippi; her daughter-in-law Sharon Hebb of Philippi; and her grandchildren, Dr. Bradley Mitchell, Heather Mouser (Rick), Shelley Starkey (Chris), Tara Mitchell-Graham (Denny), Shane Mitchell (Amanda Nutter), Eric Hebb and Jason Hebb. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
