She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Lucille and Vincent "Duck" Mayle; and her husband James Howard "Jim" Hawkinberry Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James Howard "Pooh" Hawkinberry Jr. and Angela Denise "Nean" Thompson (Dorsey); her grandchildren, Alex M. Thompson, Andrew L. Thompson, Georgia S. Hawkinberry and C. Parker Hawkinberry; and her siblings, Nancy K. "Dudy" McCloud (Mick), Carl V. "Tar" Mayle, James A. "Jimmy" Mayle, Edith M. "Edie" Mayle (Wally) and Timothy "Mark" Mayle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
