She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford "Tip" True and Lucy True (Parsons); her husband William Jackson "Jack" Moran; her children, William Jackson "Jacky" Moran and Jacqueline Haddix; and her siblings, Martha Payne, Marlene Smith, James True, Buck True, Buddy True, Gloria Vance and Marian Kelly.

She is survived by: her sons, Garry William Moran, Anthony "Tony" Blaine Moran (Alice) and Roger Alan Moran (June); and her sister Louise Ward. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
