He is survived by: his parents, Carl Lipscomb and Ella Snodgrass Lipscomb; his daughter Larissa Lipscomb of Hurricane; the mother of his child Donna; his sisters, Mary Beth Mathis (Theron) of Louisville, KY and Amy Lipscomb Livers (Joseph) of Brookville, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Chandler (Rosemary), Colman, Christian Mathis of Louisville, KY, Emma, Noah and Justus Livers of Brookville, IN.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church (58 Mount Pleasant Dr, Elkview, WV 25071). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
