He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cunningham and Myrtle Vance Cunningham; and his wife Janet Lea Hunt Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, David (Kelly), Danny (Becky), Susan Ritz, Mark (Susan) and Tim (Kay); his grandchildren, Melody Prouse (Jeff), Miranda Rinck (Justin), Jessica, Amy Casto (Brandon), Michelle McElfish (Kendrick), Amanda Bailey (Justin), Nicole Jones (Joey), Charles Cunningham (Ellen), Travis Cunningham (Brittany), Stefanie Henrich (Mark) and Andrew Cunningham (Crystal); his brother Glen; and his friend Sonny Matics. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
