She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Samples and Inez Samples; the father of her children Bruce Starcher; her brothers-in-law, Terry Jones and Marshall Preast; her former life partner Larry Uldrich; her sons, Allen Starcher (Tina) and Scott Starcher (Niki); and also Michelle Adkins (Kevin).

She is survived by : her siblings, Norma Miller (Harold), Terry Samples (Brenda), Helen Preast and Loetta Adkins (Delbert); and her close friend Sue Melton Vickers (Glen). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and cousins.
