She was predeceased by: her father Hank William Shaffer; and her stepfather James Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Holly Stover, Kayla Stover and Owen Stover; her brothers, Joe (Emily), Jay (Amy) and Alex (Amber); her mother Phyllis; her grandmother Nancy P. Belcher; her uncle Allen Cottrell; and her nieces and nephews, Haley Fisher, Katelyn Belcher, Cadance Belcher, Aiden Belcher, Abel Belcher, Aubrey Belcher, Hunter Belcher and Adora Belcher.
