John Clarence Hurst Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Clarence Hurst of Pine Grove, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth B. Hurst and Marguerite M. Matthey Hurst; and his grandson Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hurst; his children, John Allen Hurst (Tina), Melissa Broadwater, Sonya Hurst and Justin Herrick; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Blake, Bray, Deidre, Darlene and Greg; and his sisters, Paulette Smith and Jacki Parr.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
