John Robert Greathouse Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025, at the age of 83, John Robert Greathouse of Pine Grove, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kernel E. Greathouse and Ethel P. Greathouse; and his siblings, Delmar Greathouse, Ralph Greathouse, Daisy "Sis" Riggs and Bonnie Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Greathouse (Titus); his sons, Jake Yost (Linda) of Middlebourne, WV, Thomas Yost (Billie Jo) of Reader, WV and John E. Greathouse of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Little Jake, Kassie, Kyli, Diana and Thomas; and his siblings, Saundra Yoho of Wileyville, WV, Judy Thomas (Jack) of New Martinsville, WV and Romey "Harvey" Greathouse (Cathy) of Paden City, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (226 State Hwy 20, Pine Grove, WV 26419). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
