It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jean Hall (Pine Grove, West Virginia), who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Fluharty and Imogene McAllister Fluharty; her husband Austin Hall Jr.; her brother James Fluharty; and her niece Carmen Fluharty Brown.

She is survived by : her children, Lorie Kepley (Doug) and Brian Hall (Brandy Nolan); her grandchildren, Savannah Willoughby (Morgan) and Austin; her great grandchildren, Noah Hall and Emery Willoughby; and her siblings-in-law, Hope Harper (Ronnie), Marvin Hall (Judy) and Raymond Hall (Helen).
