With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Byrd of Pineville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2026 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Goode and Vena Vance Goode; her husband Aulda Curtis Byrd; and her siblings, Louise Goode Bauguess, Joe Goode, Wayne Goode and Fred Goode.
She is survived by: her son James Byrd (Suzanne) of Pineville.
