It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freelan Brinegar of Pineville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett James and Hattie Alice Buchanan Brinegar; and his brother Charles Brinegar. He is survived by : his sisters, Etta Farley and Rita Roop; his nieces, Kristi Roop and Robin Estep (Kristopher); his great-nephew Kristopher; his nephew Mike Farley (Becky); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tab, Brynn and Ronin; and also, Phillip and Ben (Ashley).
